My phone seems to be stalling all the time with the wee clock appearing most of the time!

How do I return the phone to its factory settings?

Can anyone advise please.

I have a blackberry right now and seriously, never going with it again. I have that same problem with it stalling and its pretty slow overall.

I have a blackberry playbook and love it. I had a bb a while ago, bb os 3.8 I think, it was a curve 8330 I believe, it stalled all the time. Follow tronsocos advice, I thought the new bbs didn't stall a lot?
