Hi, I am trying to cloak a link through Bitly.com

I paste the URL in the bar. press shorten. It comes up with a new link.
There is then an option to write into the link what you wish and I press the little pencil icon, write what I wish and it just disappears

When Ive typed my choice of text into the end of the link what do I press please?

After you type the name in like you said you did, you need to press the Enter key on your keyboard.
