Dont want to spoil it for you,.. but I dont think a 320Mb GTS and a 512MB GTS in SLI is going to work, since they are using different GPU's. (G80 and G92 if I remember right, ofc, could be wrong)

Depends. If you're keeping your 320mb, and using it as PhysX, than i'd get the GTX 260, but if you're selling it, I'd get the Radeon 4870 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121288.) It's 5-10% faster than the 260 in pretty much all aspects, and it's cheaper.

Your cpu is pretty current i would say for awhile, and since you have it oc'ed to 3.5Ghz it shouldnt bottleneck the rest of your system that much
