Best 80mm case fan recommended?

They dont have variable speeds but their CFM to dBA ratio is pretty nice.

Panaflo=Panasonic. Sunon is good too. Just make sure the fans you get say "ball bearing".

The Best 80mm fan would probably be Vantec Tornados, but they are EXTREMELY NOISY.

Also, I dont think they are under $15.

Try looking at www.frozencpu.com they have some nice cooling components.

Masscool fans are cheap and relatively reliable. I've bought 80mm case fans for $2.50 apiece.
