hey- you ppl out there that have your old little biege 2-watt stereo speakers- i have a perfect solution. Get the Logitech X-620 6.1 surround system. I got it for fifty bucks at a local Sams- they dont sell them anymore i think, but you can get them online for just about as cheap. I am serious- this set rocks my house like no other. Its got an 8 inch woofer with a woofer volume knob, and it supports full 6.1 surround. On most cards, however, you have to set it for either 5.1 or 7.1, but its not a big deal. I am not trying to advertize for logitech or anything- i just dont know why you wouldnt buy these if you are looking for a new set.

i have to old beige speakers and i like em, i think their 5 watt though. ill have to check that logitech system out though, thanks man

yup, anytime- if you have a regular stereo sound card, there is an adapter so that you can use all the speakers, just so you know
