Auzentech Forte vs Prelude for Z-5500

Hi everyone.

Just a one question for the people that would know something about these two sound cards. Namely i bought lately Logitech Z-5500 speakers and I’m curious what sound card would be better for my games, music and movies?
I read a thousand of reviews about both of them and i can not still decide why i should spend more money for Prelude instead of Forte which is very similar and much cheaper. Please anyone can explain me if does it make sense to invest a more money and buy Prelude? or for my needs Forte is just ok.

The cheaper one.

It's not going to make an audible difference, they both use the Creative X-Fi chip, which is not exactly high fidelity. The Prelude looks more focused for headphones.
