Auto-replace Speaker with Earphone

My speaker is connected to the motherbroad at the back panel and dosen't have holes or usb connector for earphone.
Everytime after plugging the earphone in the front panel, my computer won't use it immediately, I have to manully switch the earphone on at the Realtek audio manager at the right,bottom, so what do I do to make my computer automatically replace the speakers with earphone whenever I plug it in?

I am using Window 7, please help me!!!!!

There are a few ways of doing it. The easiest is to buy speakers that have an earphone jack that automatically switches when they are inserted. If that is not an option you can use something like this. You will probably need to turn the volume down before switching. Google "headphone switch".
