I've installed my audio drivers for my soundblaster card, but there is still a question mark beside multimedia audio controller. My sound works fine, but whenever I play a game or watch a movie on my computer, it lags somewhat. I tried it with my soundblaster drivers uninstalled and it works fine, so I've deduced that something is wrong with the drivers. I've reinstalled the soundblaster drivers many times, but to no avail. I think somehow my onboard sound is enabled even though I didn't install any drivers for it. That's the only explanation I can think of for the question mark beside multimedia audio controller. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just try going into your bios and disable the onboard.
