I am selling an Athlon 4000+ Single-Core Socket 939 (2.4 gigahertz) processor. Asking $9 free shipping costs without the heatsink and fan. The central processing unit was only used for about 15 months. I attempted to overclock the processor once but I could not get the system to POST. Other that that the processor has been run at a 2.4 gigahertz speed. There are no bent pins on the processor.

Do you by chance have any socket 939 motherboards you could let go of? I could use an upgrade to an old rig with a 2ghz celery in it.

Ah, i was thinking about buying that same mobo/similar cpu(3700+ sandy)/2gb memory/80gb hdd(He found like 10 older hdd's still in the boxes in a computer store dumpster:P) off a friend for $40 shipped. My dads living off a 2ghz celery atm >.< Btw good price on the memory, ddr on newegg is crazy expensive($60 or so for 2gb)

I just sold a 939 Mobo with a Athlon 64 4000+ with heatsink and fan for $40 for it all and a old P4 mobo for $10.
 
The Athlon 4000+ Single-Core without the heatsink is still available. I was planning on selling it and shipping inside the United States so I will likely have to add a small shipping charge (probably around $2 more). What is your zip code so I can figure out shipping costs?
