Very interesting for media PCs using TVs. Specs are 1GB ram, 16GB SSD, Atom N270 (1.66ghz dual core) and best of all, wireless HDMI (audio and video)

That's pretty cool looking! Would be great for people that do a lot of presentations and maybe for home theaters.

Saw this probably ~year or so ago, back then it was just a concept. Seems like it would be a pretty nifty device with its wireless HDMI.

I'd imagine the wireless HDMI probably costs a bit of money, especially if its going to include the receiver and such in the retail packaging. Not to mention, this thing has a custom OS plus the manhours put into design of it. Although...kinda counter-intuitive that they didnt use ion for something that is more or less marketed for use on a television.

maybe im wrong but i would think they would cater to majority. just does not make a lot of sense. im still trying to figure out WHO would buy it.

kind of reminds me of GM's Volt car. Approx... $35,000. why would ya. Rich and famous only.

oh well.....cheers.

Sounds just like the iPad...

Yup me too

Got a PC Mag around here with a full review of it

I personally think it would be great for a multimedia machine.

Price: It is just being released duh its going to be over priced! Wait a while and it should cost about the same as a netbook.

I see this being a good start. If they revise it later on with nvidia Ion and maybe 2 gigs of ram, it'll make a great addition to any home. Think about it, you just have one lying around in your entertainment room. It's small, sleak and more convenient than any HTPC you can buy today.
