Anyone know of a shop or does custom case work?

Even if you did find someone who could do it,they would probably charge OTT prices....why not just do it yourself?

If your just wanting to put in an Exhaust fan than all you have to do is buy a Hole saw atachment and cut it out yourself then just buy a fan grill :)

Yea? I guess I didn't really think about it. I wanna buy a huge ass fan. Like a 200mm. Cut it and then get self tapers? Hmm... thanks! haha

Ditto what Nev said about doing it yourself. You might find it way cheaper to use smaller fans and cut 2-4 holes as the bigger hole saws start getting expensive.

One place you could check is a Carpenter that specializes in make furniture. That have all the tools to do precision modifications and it most likely wouldn't take them very long.

Do it yourself. You need to just cut the circle and drill the holes to mount the fan. Then put some sort of filter to help keep dust out.

200mm fans are not really useful. A few 120mm fans would be better IMO, just get a 120mm holesaw(or whatever you can find closest), and some 120mm fan grills.

.
You can cut any size hole you need with a Dremel tool, a cutting disk, and a grinding wheel.

Rough it out with the cutting disk, (a little smaller than needed), then smooth it up to final size with the grinding wheel.

That's how I put this fan in the top of my case.

Haha. Nah, I'm a huge Metallica fan. I made this my user name for everything years ago. And instead of having 2-3 different ones, I use this one only.
