any one know any good programs to convert flv videos resolution to 400x240

This is the best software you could use to convert anything to anything. The most comprehensive, free program... I use it all the time when converting to my portable devices...
 
Format Factory has been mentioned a few times. It has a strange menu order but works fine.

I've been trying Freemake Video Converter. I found their video downloader quite good. The video converter has a very simple interface although you still meet quite a few settings. The video downloader installed MS.Net - the converter probably would too so if you don't want that, give the software a miss.

I didn't download Super© to take a test drive. Their download procedure seems ridiculously complicated and that always leaves me wondering why. The app has plenty of options that some may find intimidating. Does not seem to show full screenshots on their website.

To download from this site without looping back to the same page you need to:

What's wrong with a simple link? I don't download from sites like that no matter how good the software seems. That's crap.

Edit: Sorry about that, I thought you were referring to your NVX server, not NVX 185

Dude, there's no virus on the software. It should download perfectly fine and be detected without any malware. The only reason that you got a trojan with SUPER is because you probably already have another virus/already-infected computer that makes your downloads 'appear' to have viruses. Get your computer scanned first, boy :D
 
Scan your whole computer first because there's NO way you should get a virus with super! Your computer has other viruses causing you to get the message. If I were you, I'd take this as a god-send and get my comp scanned bro! Anyway, have fun with FormatFactory.
