Any good Online Backup Services?

Was wondering if anyone might know of some decent quality backup services that wont cost an arm or a leg.

I work at a motorcycle shop and we have around 800gb of data we need backed up but would prefer an online backup now for a safer more secure backup.

Anyone have any good knowledge of this?

I use adrive for 50gb and under(free), but if I had a lot more than that to back up i'd probably go with carbonite. Otherwise an external hard drive would work great.
