annoying buzz?

my speakers loudly buzz at me whenever they're on, even if somethings going or if its muted. is this just a problem with crappy speakers or is it something that can be fixed? any help would be helpful. well duh
 
My speakers make funny buzzing kind of noises when my cell phone rings, lol. I think your problem could be magnetic maybe, or make sure they are completely connected. Sometimes if the connector in the back of the computer is a little bit out mine buzz.
 
well, if its normal, its really annoying. its a very loud buzzing sound, about as loud as I usually play music and stuff anyway. and the speakers werent always that loud. Im staring to convince myself its because the speakers are too old. thanks for the help
