AMD SEMPRON 3400+ overclocking

I have a biostar k8m800 micro am2, but anyway the CPU is a amd sempron 3400+ running at 1.8ghz and I got the program to overclock it. I used the automatic function and it ran through the testing process until it eventually became ustable at about 2.4ghz. I also notice later on that I could adjust the core clock not only by using the application ocer over clock but in the bios settings also. In bios it says enter a range for the core clock and it gives a parameter of 200-232 but the program allows me to get past this. I was running it at 232 and it runs at about 40-45 degrees. So I have a few questions.

1. Should I take the core clock past 232?
2. Just because the cpu is not overheating is there anything else to worry about?
3. Should I increase the cpu voltage?

I have that mobo. I've also read that the software that Biostar provides, the WarpSpeeder, is pure junk.
If you go past a certain parameter (FSB, clock, voltage, etc.) you'll need to clear the CMOS and start all over. Even in the BIOS, you can't go over 232MHz. I can't, anyway.
Later on this winter, I play on trying some overclocking with my 4200+, but it won't be with WarpSpeeder, I can tell you that.
If you're going to increase the CPU voltage, I wouldn't go past a 10% increase. The temps are fine.

The reason the bus is limited on boards with that chipset is VIA never really locked the PCI bus at 33.3mhz and the one that they tried to only worked off and on. So after you start raising the bus at a certain point the PCI bus freaks out.

i've never liked semprons just because of the low level of L2 cache that they have.. but read overclocking 101 its a sticky or an announcement in this forum. that'll teach you everything you need to know.

i dont suggest you up the voltage at all unless you have an after-market cooler. that means one you installed yourself with arctic silver 5 or another high-grade thermal compound.

yea I was running vista last night and I can't use warpspeeder so I called it ocer but that is for the video card. When i checked the settings on warp speeder It had the core clock at 243 and the voltage at 1.44. The cpu was at 2185mhz on cpuz and the memory said it had a max bandwith of 333 but was running above 400mhz. So i reset everything in warpspeeder and now it is running at 220 anf the core voltage is at +.015v making it 1.376v the cpu is running at 1980mhz. When i use warp speeder and I increase the voltage there it also increases my memorys clock speed. I don't have heat spreaders so I don't want to that. But should my memory be incresed evenly with everything else?
