if u can afford the 4800+ i wuld get it.

x2 4600 has 2X512KB L2 cache
x2 4800 has 2X1M L2 cache

They're both the same clock speed, and the 4800 is almost 100 dollars more than the 4600 on newegg.

I would get a 4400+ though beacuse you can overclock it to the speed of the FX-60 and actually get that kind of performance.

believe it or not, but there is a very well kept secret floating around the amd camps. I'm not sure as to how true it is, but it may come as a shock to many of you. But the rumour has it that the FX-60 can be overclocked as well....
