All computers can add network printer but one (Windows 2k)

We have a medium-sized network at work and in one area, about 50 computers in a small space use one printer. They all run Windows 2k, including the computer the printer is shared from. All the computers can access the printer, but one. It can see the printer, but when I try to add it, I receive an error that access the printer because the name is wrong (can't remember the exact wording since I'm not at that machine right now). Any clues?

Try deleting the old version of the same printer which may be installed on the same computer.

Try going to run and type \\computername\printer
that should do everything. If it doesn't what error do you get?

Thanks for the timely reply, trizoy and sorry about my delay in replying, but... it was the weekend and I didn't want to think about work too much. I was actually able to get it to install by searching for printers (Start -> Search -> For Printers...), finding the printer, right-clicking it, and choosing Properties. I tried your way first, but the user who was having issues doesn't have rights to access... pretty much anything. That way worked fine for my login name (I'm an admin), but not for her. Anyways, just thought I'd put this out there in case anyone else had similar issues.
