Administrator account is stopped

Can anyone help ? The problem we have is "Administrator account of our main domain server is stopped". Is there anyone know how to activate "Administrator account " ?
 
Have you got any other accounts that are the same as an admin?
If you have then go into the control panel and you can re-start the admin account. Or at least I think you can i have never used Windows Server 2003
 
Is there a time set for the "admin account" to disable requiring a new password, or somthing of that sort?
 
can the account be setup to expire. Here at work we need to change passwords every 3 months (about 5 different password, gets annoying) We are prompt to change them atthe end of 3 months. If we dont change it in a 3 day period the account is disabled. Can your account expire?
