Adding a whos online map

Hi its been a while, i would like to add two things to a website i am building,
Does anyone know of a map i can put on my website that shows who is on the site like this one here

I am not using Wordpress i am using html,
my next question is i want to add a chat box that has a admin panel off site i know you can register for a free chat box and then you get the code to add to your site and you can admin the chatbox from the chatbox website, i just dont know which is the best to use so any suggestions would be great.

For chat clients to be embedded, I've always liked chatango.Has a full admin/mod setup so managing is pretty easy.

As far as the map, the bottom right corner reveals it's a yahoo map, so i found this:
http://developer.yahoo.com/maps/
That points you to the developer api and setup for it.

Hi linkin , thanks NyxCharon for the chatbox, i new the map was Yahoo but it says on there page that it is stopping support in September so i was hoping someone would know of an alternative that would show who is browsing my site.

I'm pretty sure google maps can do what you want, though i haven't specifically seen it.

Gave a couple options ,because I'm not sure how detailed/what features your looking for.
