Access e-mail ?

I have Road Runner on one comp and it has it own e-mail account. On another comp I have dial-up with it's own e-mail account. The comp on dial-up is down, can I access my dial-up e-mail with my comp on Road-Runner even though it is a different provider? If I can, how do I do it?

try going to your dialup provider's website and see if you can login there for mail somehow, depends on the provider whether you can do this or not but I'd assume there's a way to do it
 
well I have 2 emails to access. I have the college one and the one of my own. I can access them both at home by going to the homepage of the website.
