A good wireless network monitor?

I am currently using the Belkin wireless network utilility, and i have to be honest it is awful. It makes my computer lag and decides it wants 100% of the processing power whenever it wants. I have tried using Windows zero config but i don't think that it is very good either, does anybody know of a decent wireless network utility?

The windows one is the best out there... many of the companies who create the routers also recomend them...
