Hello, people!
My CPU cooler started to make a loud noise suddenly. Also, it started to rotate not as fast as it did before. I shutted down my PC for several hours. I thought that my CPU was overheating. After several hours I turn on my PC again, but the CPU cooler continues to make a loud noise. I'm not sure about a rotation of it in the same way. Why does it happen?
