9800x3d idle temps

I used a thermalgeizzly kryosheet on my new 9800x3d, idle temps seem quite high, about 40-45c. But then if I stress test with CPU z is hovers around 70c, so can't be a bad mount, can it? What sort of idle temps are you getting on what coolers?
