This is new/open box I bought it (04-14-10) for another build but my plans have changed. I have never clocked this chip but I have powered it on then reinstalled my lapped 965. The 965's should be higher binned than the 955's so I am asking the 955's price and cannot go lower since I paid $180 for it. Thanks
