hey some one offered 265 for my pny 8800gts 640mb and i have to make sure cash only and im gonna bring a marker that tells if it is fake or real. does this sound good? since my friends got scammed alot

is the 8800gt alot better then the 8800gts, i was thinking if my sale goes succesfull i would get the card below.
