I have a local area network for sharing an internet connection between my desktop (not wireless) and a wireless lap top.
Every 7 seconds the network icon at the bottom right hand corner (two displays) comes on for a very brief time.
My pointer hour glass turns on every 7 seconds and remains on for 7 seconds.
My laptop network icon never comes on.
Is this a security problem I have? It is driving me nuts.
