5.1 for under £100

i have a budget of £100 to get the best 5.1 surround sound speakers for my comp. any suggestions? thx

I know you're UK, but I'm just using this as a product page. These Logitech 5.1's replaced the G51's that I have; and I must say the G51's were quite good.

Its hard to beat Logitech for the price, but do you have a nice sound card? I suggest upgrading that along with the 5.1 voyagerfan recomended. Maybe something like this:

i went for the Z506, and i didn't need a sound card as my laptop came with 5.1 surround sound capability's as stock, thx a lot.

5.1 onboard and 5.1 sound card is not the same, not even close.

Unfortunately, being on a laptop you have no choice, however for reference, the quality of sound from a dedicated sound card by far exceeds onboard. You only get as good as you give and if you are giving your speakers a crap source, you will get crap sound. If you instead use a decent sound card, you will get much clearer, crisp, true sound

of cors i know i that, but as its a laptop i am pretty much stuck with the one i have and its a pretty good sound card for a laptop so im not that bothered thx for all the help
