3 wireless routers on one network/ssid

Hello,

I was wondering if i could have 3 wireless g routers hooked up to the same network/ssid, a compusa wireless g broadband router,a linksys wrt54g and a us robotics 5461 125mbps wireless router. Then by connecting the 3 routers wirelessly having one hooked up to a dsl modem and the other two; the compusa and us robotics, can act as a range expander still having connection to the internet.

Any help is appreciated i just need to know if that is possible and if so i need to know how, thank you.

and also the compusa router would have 2 printers wired to a data switch then wired to a wired print server. And the usrobtics router has a built in print server.

Routers are made to connect two networks together. Consumer level ones connect the internet(WAN) to your local network(LAN) I beleive you could have three going but they'd all be on different networks. As for SSID's, I beleive you need different ones for each router or things would start getting mixed up.

Now I've never done anything like that, so I can't say for sure. However, what you really need are probably a few access points. This way you don't have all the other crap routers try and load on the network(firewall's, DHCP, etc) flooding and messing each other up...
