im thinking about selling my 240 and getting something else, im asking $200 / the current specs, good price?

I'd say between $100-$175 would be a decent price, since you do have a small hard drive and only 256MB of RAM.

Yeah, I'd think that although that is a high RPM drive, it's really quite small. For that (and the small amount of RAM) I'd knock it down to about $150 as well.

Are you sure it's 7200RPM? I cant recall them making a 10GB 7200RPM drive, but I'm not positive on that.

Will you part it out?

I would be interested in the 2.8Ghz with heatsink/fan if it's P4 socket 478, 533mhz front side buss, and the Geforce FX 5200 if its old PCI?

I just bought a Geforce FX 5500 (brand new, sealed in box) for $40 off eBay that includes shipping. Those P4s are $70 with free shipping on newegg.com. That totals $110, and since yours are used I’ll give ya $80 and another $10 for shipping.

What do ya say?

EDIT: shoot I might be interested in the ram, and the HD too, I got a HP photo printer with the slots where you stick your memory cards from your camera in, this was like $250 2 years ago (not sure on the specs) but i'll give ya that and the $90 bucks for the whole thing? Interested i'll get ya more info?

okay, JP

I sold my GX240 for $120, it had:
FX5600 128
1GB PC133
120GB HDD
2.2GHz Pentium 4

Well seeing 180 bucks can get you a emachine 2.66ghz cele 512ram 80gig hd on black friday, i'd say you should sell that for about $100 max.

I doubt you could get more then 100$ for it, and with that, I doubt you could sell it online, the shipping would just not be worth it for such an old computer. I would sell it locally for 100$ FIRM and if no one buy is it within a couple weeks drop to to 75$ FIRM which is more of what I would expect you to get.
