2 questions.....fun

ok i have 2 fun questions 1st is, is it possible when you hook up a wireless internet network does the computer its hooked up to have to have a netowrk interface card....and 2nd...i have a modem in my desktop but im trying to connect the internet through my laptop how do i do this....

Yes it needs a nic, or onboard.. same thing. How else would it hook up?

Well your laptop should have a modem also but if it doesnt... you can use the modem to connect on your desktop, then connect the desktop and the laptop with a cross over cable (yes, via nic cards) and bridge the connection and use ICS.
