1 computer, 2 monitors, keyboards and mice?

Ideally so it could act as 2x seperate computers.
I think I read of some software that could do this in the past.
Not sure if it coud be done on windows 7 though, which would be a priority.

I have a i5-2500k and gtx 560. Hopefully thats enough horsepower.
 
well it's not technically one computer anymore. it's a virtual machine which you will still need another windows license.

but yeah, if you only have one physical computer, this would work i guess.
