How to call someone on Whatsapp?

Hi,
Someone has asked me to call them on "whatsapp" or "whatsapp only".
They have given me the number.

I dont have a smartphone. So how do i do this?
I have a laptop, and a small "bar of soap" phone.
 
You'll need a good android emulator, id suggest Bluestacks.
  • Go to www.bluestacks.com in your preferred internet browser.
    1. Download and install Bluestacks 10 (or the latest version)

    2. Open BlueStacks and then Playstore.

    3. Sign in to your Google account

    4. Install WhatsApp in BLUESTACKS

    5. Once the app is installed, click Open.
      Open WhatsApp On BlueStacks



    6. Now add your account and enjoy using it.
